As CEO, I oversee overall operations. I strive to create an environment where high school students can freely express their creative ideas, inspire one another, and develop innovative solutions. Together, we embrace challenges, grow as a team, and build a platform that connects to the future.

Sona Nishidai

I am mainly responsible for generating ideas and refining project plans, bringing new value through multiple perspectives. By working creatively with my teammates and iterating through trial and error, I help turn concepts into tangible results and advance the project effectively.

Asahi Sagawa

In launching this business competition, I am responsible for the financial aspects. While there are many challenges, such as fundraising and budget design, I hope to grow significantly through this opportunity.

Karen Watanabe

I lead planning, project execution, and judging with a global perspective. Respecting diverse values, I aim to support students’ challenges fairly and help unlock new possibilities.

Akari Yoshikawa

I am working on the web development and data analytics for the team. I hope that this business contest will become an opportunity for highschoolers–just like myself–to create a change in the world.

Tomoharu Katayama

I'm in charge of management, marketing, social media, logo design, and judging. I'm looking forward to seeing the passionate business plans of my peers.

I mainly focus on the financial operations and planning of the competition. I hope that with this business contest, I can invest in the futures of students like me and encourage them to explore the world of business before they embark into their adult lives. I aim to give everything that I have to create a valuable, one-of-a-kind educational opportunity for the young adult generation!
